What is Lille?

Lille is the Danish for dainty. 

Something good to eat; a delicacy.

​I am embarking on a new adventure.​ On 17 September 2012, I will set off for East Cork to train as a cook at the Ballymaloe Cookery School. As a qualified solicitor, I am no stranger to continuing education. I am leaving behind a career in Aviation Finance to tred a new (flight) path. I am swapping suits for chef whites and the pen for the sword (well, some very sharp knives!).
